YOUNG ENGINEER PROGRAM (YEP)

HCL TalentCare’s engineering hiring program is called YOUNG ENGINEERS’ PROGRAM (YEP). This is a unique training cum employment program aimed at fresh engineers. Students selected for YEP are trained for 6 month’s at HCL’s campus in Manesar and the job profile they get is of a Specialist Engineer after the training period completion in the area of system’s administration for Windows, Storage-EMC, Backup-Symantec, Unix-Linux and Database.

                                           

OB PROFILE

Designation: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee

Stipend: INR 7000 per Month during the On the Job Training (OJT)

Location: Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad

Salary: Annual CTC of INR 2 Lacs per annum & an additional annual variable performance bonus of INR 15 thousand; to be increased substantially on Probation Confirmation

Eligibility: BE/ BTech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE) with an Aggregate of min 60% and above from Class X onwards.

Program Fees: Selected Students need to pay only INR 80,000* at the start of the training program and the balance fee of INR 31,250* need to be paid in 15 installments starting from first month of your employment with HCL TalentCare.

• The fee for the YEP to be paid is as follows: 
• Initial fee for Seat reservation 33,708/-* With Acceptance of Offer 
• Registration fee 56,180/-* On start of batch (Total 80K)
• Balance Fees 35,112/-*  To be deducted in 15 installments from your salary while you will be working for Company 
• Total Payable by you 125,000/-* (*Includes Program fee of Rs. 111,250/- )
